Modern society is very closely related to technological advances, with community technologycan easily meet energy needs, one example is the electrical energy processing of energy conversion machines using turbine energy. The purpose of this design as a problem solving faced in areas with no stream or waterfall to make a water turbine with closed circulation model. The methodology in this design is an experiment that is supported by the 2010 autocad program. From the design results obtained turbine power of 1.56 watts with a tank as a benchmark design and the use of the pump (positive displacement pump) as a means of circulation
