Online Submission

The Journal of Applied Accounting (JAA), published by the Indonesia Society of Applied Science (ISAS), welcomes original research manuscripts in accounting and related fields that are relevant to the journal's focus and scope.

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's online submission system. Authors are required to register for an account or log in to their existing account on the official journal website before submitting a manuscript.

Before submission, authors should ensure that their manuscripts meet the following requirements:

  1. Originality: The manuscript must be original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
  2. Scope and Relevance: The manuscript must be consistent with the focus and scope of the Journal of Applied Accounting.
  3. Author Guidelines: The manuscript must follow the journal's formatting requirements, manuscript structure, citation style, and reference guidelines.
  4. Author Information: All authors' names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses must be provided accurately. All listed authors must approve the final manuscript and its submission.
  5. Ethical Compliance: Authors must ensure that their research complies with applicable ethical standards and that all sources are properly acknowledged.
  6. Submission Files: Authors must upload the manuscript and any required supplementary files through the online submission system.

After submission, the editorial team will conduct an initial assessment to determine whether the manuscript meets the journal's basic requirements and is suitable for further review. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening may proceed to the peer-review process.

Authors are responsible for monitoring their submission status through the online system and responding promptly to editorial requests, reviewer comments, and revision requirements.

There is no manuscript submission fee. An article publication fee of IDR 350,000 applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication, in accordance with the journal's author fee policy.
