Abstract

 This Community Service activity aims to develop high school students' leadership and organizational management skills so they can play an active and productive role in school organizations in the digital era. The activity implementation method includes a participatory approach through training, interactive discussions, case studies, leadership simulations, and the use of digital media as a learning tool. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of leadership and organizational management, as well as an increased awareness of the importance of responsibility, discipline, and digital ethics in organizations. This community service activity is expected to make a real contribution to shaping the leadership character of high school students who are competitive, adaptive to technological developments, and ready to face future organizational challenges.
